Infinity Ward is apparently planning on closely changing maps, though, giving an estimated Checkmark to approved Creators, too. On the map itself Creators can block off the area, change the scenery of a map, and even move around individual objects like containers or crates. Customizable options will include gameplay changes such as spawn points, goals and restrictions. The latest rumors say Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will provide a map editor where players can change the existing maps quickly so that it won’t improve the gameplay experience. Infinity Ward’s latest game, Modern Warfare II, will see an official announcement in two weeks, but that doesn’t mean the traditional rumor-based rumor mill would get into overdrive.
